1 Peter 5:8

Have you ever seen a warning on the roadway while driving that says, “Alert! Accident ahead?” Usually we perk up in our seat and get ready to be extra cautious. Now imagine this: you are driving down the freeway and a sign reads, “Be on Alert, You may be under spiritual attack.”

Would you perk up and brace yourself and be on alert? The Holy Spirit through the Scriptures gives us this very warning; he tells us to be on guard against our spiritual adversary, known as the devil.
