Whether it's chronic illness or acute pain, scary cancer diagnoses or annoying cold viruses - we all feel the weight of this broken world on our physical bodies. 

That's the bad news. 

Pagan philosophy offers one solution: one day our souls can be free from these cursed bodies.

The redemption of Jesus offers another solution: one day our bodies will be freed from this curse. And just like he rose from the dead in a very real physical body, we too will get resurrected physical bodies one day. 

But it gets even better: because Jesus told us to pray "your kingdom come..." that means we can expect glimpses of our future resurrection bodies in the present through miraculous physical healing.
