Romans 8:28-39

Even after trusting in Christ, it's easy to allow the brokenness of this world to tempt us to wonder if God has forgotten about us, if God is angry with us, if God is punishing us for past - or present - mistakes. 

We may believe he once loved us, but the criticism of others, the hardships of life, and our lack of success at the American Dream can all reinforce the lie that we are outside of God's active, present love. 

This passage, written by the apostle Paul, seeks to answer the question, "What is able to separate us from the love of God that is made available in Christ Jesus?"
