Matthew 7:7-12
In this passage Jesus links prayer with the Golden rule. He tells us we should have confidence in asking God for things, and then tells us to treat others as we want to be treated. They are not separate ideas. Jesus connects them both.
So what does prayer have to do with the Golden rule? How are they related?

WHAT does it mean to treat others as we would want to be treated?
WHO does it include?
WHY are we to live like this?
HOW are we to pull this off?
