As Told By A Scoundrel - Pt. 2: WE ARE Beloved
March 6, 2022 Speaker: Chris Francis Series: As Told By a Scoundrel
Matthew 3:13-17
Sometimes we feel like God may love us, but he must not like us. Maybe He forgives us, but surely He doesn't want to be around us all the time - at least not until we've cleaned oursleves up or proved we were worth dying for.
But Jesus' baptism by his cousin John is a declaration that this is not the case, and that God looks at us the same way He looked at Jesus when Jesus came up out of the waters of the Jordan River.
