We all deal with anxiety in a variety of ways. Whether we call it fear, worry, or concern - if it's stealing our peace, robbing us of joy, or preventing us from resting in God, we need to deal with it.

One way is to numb our anxieties - but that only lasts for a moment. 

Another way is to grasp for control -  but that often backfires and makes things worse. 

Then there are spiritual platitudes we can tell ourselves - but deep in our souls we know they are shallow. 

Thankfully, God invites us to do something very specific with our anxieties.
